Dubai leads the Middle East, ranking 21st globally and likely to break into the top 20 in the coming years. No African or South American cities made the top 50, but Nairobi and Cape Town show promise as rising stars.

The world's most expensive cities are led by Monaco, where over 40% of residents are millionaires. New York, London, Hong Kong, and Sydney round out the top 5 most expensive.
